 "The European Union will reportedly make a decision regarding Turkey and the Cyprus crisis on Dec.11 during the EU foreign ministers summit in Finland.

EU term president Finland wants to avoid turning the Dec. 14-15 summit into another “Turkey summit,” and will clarify the EU decision during the foreign ministers summit on Dec. 11-12.

The EU Commission is supposed to make a recommendation about the Cyprus problem by Dec. 6 so a decision can be reached on Dec. 11."
