Established in 2003 on http://www.helsinkitimes.net, Helsinki Times is the oldest English language magazine on the web to that serves the growing demand for news
from Finland in English. It's editor in chief is a virtual character called ' oobio'.
In may 2007, a printed version of Helsinki Times came to market, under the domain http://www.helsinkitimes.fi with a print circulation of 15,000 copies in the Helsinki Metropolitan area.
