First Finland beats Canada and the US in the Olympic Icehockey games (see here), and now the London Free Press is touting the 'Finnishing Touch' of Finnish Cuisine, saying that
"Finland is becoming a presence on the wider culinary scene"

and that

"because Finland has thousands of lakes, freshwater fish plays a more important role."

Also fresh berries, vegetables and a wide variety of fresh mushrooms are part of the local specialties.
