Sudoku cheats
Mood:  don't ask
Now Playing: uh.. no.
Topic: Games

Sudoku is the sort of numeric crossword puzzle displayed here on the left that is actually quite popular in Finland.

You can find a freshly baked new one from Helsinki Times every day on the left side linking panel. Sudoku-booklets are for sale on just about every street corner, and at every level from novice to expert.

Busses and trains are full of people trying to figure out just what that next number should be. Parks too.

Help for the clueless is near

Others never get it though. They do not see the logic, take three weeks to solve one square, desperately looking with a 'puzzled look' at their calculator for answers, in vain of course.

However, for this last group of people, possibly suffering from heightened bloodpressure, help is near.

This site gives you a trick or two on how to systematically solve any Sudoku-puzzle that crosses your pen with ease. It's a piece of cake from now on! Or is it?

What if you are really desperate, and you are not backing away from even cheating just a little bit just to get it over with? Use this software to solve just about any Sudoku puzzle on any level.

Warning: Using the Sudoku software could take the fun out of it..

aren't they called sudoku, instead of sodoku?

personally i like more picture puzzles, meaning those japanese silhouette puzzles. Drawing is much more fun than thinking of those numbers and you need logic thinking there, too.... :) but yes, finnish people seem to like sudokus more.

 - You are right. I will have to have a word with the editor. I might even suggest a Japanese language class.

- Interestig. Would you happen to know where on the Internet I could find an example of one of those Japanese picture puzzles? It would be interesting to try out one of those.
