The Best Employer in Europe is from Estonia!

According to the survey of international consulting company Hewitt Associated, the best employer in Europe was found in Estonia. The leader of the list is TNT Express Worldwide Eesti AS. Besides that there was other two Estonian companies in TOP 15: Nordea Eesti (a bank) and Narva Elektriv?rgud (electricity company).

The most important factor, why employees are so content with their job, was the fact, that their bosses are not encouraging overworking and late hours, but understand, that if you have a happy private life and time for hobbies, you are also more effective in your business.
